Refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to give you a refund within 7 working days from the date you received your order. However this excludes earrings due to hygienic reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges.

The items must be returned in an unworn condition and in their original packaging. Returns which are lost or received in a bad condition is the responsibility held by the customers. Once the items are returned to us we will inspect them and process the refund within 48hours. Note: All sale items purchased are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Issues including fading plating after wearing the pieces will NOT be considered as faulty items. We do not pay for return shipping unless the pieces are faulty upon receiving.

How long will it take to get a refund?

Once your items has been received by jovianjewellery please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your account.

International customs/duty fees

Most packages go through without any charges however there are some that may include charges. We have no control on how your country charges duty, and we are not responsible for paying any custom fees on international orders.

Lost packages

If an order is lost or marked as delivered but the buyer haven’t received it, it is the buyers responsibility to contact Royal Mail to find out where the package is. Jovianjewellery is not responsible for packages that are lost in the mail.
